Your Guide to Baby's Nutrition Needs

Before your little one is old enough to blow out the candle on their first birthday (with some help), they have a lot of growing to do. They don’t stay little forever! One day they’re a tiny newborn and the next, they’ve sprouted longer limbs and are learning to walk.

To conquer the growing they need to do in their first year and beyond, they'll need help from a nutritious diet. Up until the 4 to 6-month mark, they’ll get most of their nutrition from breast milk or formula,1 but as they start eating solid food between then and their first year their menu should be full of nutrient-rich food so they grow strong and healthy. So, what exactly does your little one need? Check out our nutrition infographic to see.
