Customer Responsibilities
- myDNA Personalized Wellness Kit
Keep an eye out for your myDNA Personalized Wellness kit. It will be sent to the address provided with your order. With your kit in hand, follow bullets below.
- Download the myDNA Unlocked App
Your DNA insights and results will be accessible in the myDNA Unlocked App:

- Create your myDNA account
An account is required to activate your membership and cheek swab sample, and access the myDNA Unlocked app. Open the app and click Log In, then click Create your account on the log in screen. You may also go directly to the account creation page
- Collect and return your DNA sample
Easily collect and return your cheek swab sample using the simple instructions and prepaid shipping envelopes provided in your myDNA Personalized Wellness kit.
- Payment
The credit card provided with your order was charged at the time of purchase. The charge will appear on your credit card statement from ViaCord.
myDNA Responsibilities
- myDNA Kit
myDNA will ship the Personalized Wellness Kit to the address provided with your order.
- Sample Processing
myDNA will process the returned saliva sample and deliver DNA-powered insights and plans within 3 weeks of when the sample arrives at the lab.
- Email Notifications
myDNA will send three (3) confirmation emails from help@mydna.life:
- Confirm myDNA Personalized Wellness Kit Activation
- Confirm your DNA sample arrived at the lab
- Confirm your DNA insights and results are ready to view in the myDNA Unlocked app.
- Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are accepted anytime up until the time the saliva sample arrives at the Lab for processing. Once the sample arrives at the Lab, myDNA is unable to issue a refund. Call myDNA Customer Service to cancel.
