By submitting the form (entering the sweepstakes), you agree to be contacted by a ViaCord Family Consultant via phone and email, including through automated means, regarding cord blood banking and related services. It is not required to purchase any goods or services to enter the sweepstakes.


I. HOW TO ENTER

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Enter by completing the form between 3/1/2026 12:00AM EST - 4/19/2026 11:59 PM EST. LIMIT ONE ENTRY PER PERSON. LIMIT ONE ENTRY PER HOUSEHOLD. No entries other than through this website will be allowed (i.e. mail, phone, live-in person, entries will not be allowed). Partially completed entries will not be accepted. ViaCord is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete or misdirected entries, or for technical, hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmission or any human error that may occur in the receipt or processing of entry forms. All entries become the property of ViaCord.
 

II. ELIGIBILITY

Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who have Internet access with a valid email address, mailing address, zip code, telephone number, and are 18 years of age or over on January 1, 2026. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void wherever prohibited or restricted by law.

 

III. PRIZE

One Winner will be selected to receive the following Cord Blood & Cord Tissue Banking service, for a single birth, from ViaCord, free of charge including: the waiver of ViaCord’s Stem Cell Collection kit fee, kit shipping and transportation fees, stem cell processing fee, and the first year of cord blood and cord tissue stem cell storage fee. The Prize does not include the waiver of ongoing stem cell storage fees, and other potential fees related to the banking of stem cells that may include, without limitation, any fees related to the release of the cord blood and/or cord blood tissue unit for clinical use, additional testing requirements for use, and or any fees related to the delivery or collection of the cord blood unit imposed by third parties. The Winner is responsible for all any other fees and costs related to the banking of their baby’s cord blood and cord tissue stem cells that are not specifically set forth in the prior sentence. Beginning year two (month of child's first birthday), the Winner is responsible for paying $370 annually for the storage of cord blood and cord tissue stem cells at ViaCord's Storage Lab. All federal, state and local taxes related to receiving the Prize are the sole responsibility of the Winner. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries ViaCord receives. ViaCord will not award any alternative prize, cash equivalent, or any other substitution of the Prize if, for any reason, the cord blood collection, processing or storage cannot take place. The Prize is non-transferable.

 

IV. WINNER

The Winner will be determined by a random drawing from all eligible entries to be held by ViaCord on or about 4/22/26. The Winner will be notified by email on or around the 4/24/26. The winner email notification will be sent to the email address provided with the winning entry. Return of any Prize/Prize winner notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate Winner will be selected. All decisions by ViaCord are final and binding. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by the official rules and the decision of ViaCord. The Winner may be required to sign and return a release of liability, affidavit or declaration of eligibility. Where lawful, the Winner will be required to sign a publicity consent agreement allowing ViaCord to use the Winner’s name in promotional and marketing materials.

VI. RIGHTS

By entering the contest, entrants agree to have their submission, including name, displayed on any or all of ViaCord's social channels, including but not limited to: Facebook, X, Instagram, also on ViaCord's website. ViaCord has the right to use submissions for any purpose, at any time, without any fee or other form of compensation. ViaCord reserves the right to disqualify users, without notice, and for any reason.
