Your Customer Service Representative will review the packaging and labeling of the contents of your kit and ask a few questions about the delivery for your records.

We will then arrange for the courier to pick up the kit from your hospital bedside and transport it to the ViaCord Processing Laboratory any day of the week.

Within six to eight weeks after storing your baby's cord blood stem cells, you will receive two copies of your test results — one copy for you and another copy that can be given to your child's pediatrician. Your test results will include two critical pieces of information a transplant physician needs to know: the volume of blood collected and the stem cell count. You will also receive a personalized certificate of cryopreservation.
